As a native New Mexican, I have lived in Albuquerque and the surrounding communities for 40 years. GRI - As a Realtor®, I carry the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute), which is an intensive education that includes 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects such as Pricing Property Properly, Residential Construction, Contract Law, Professional Standards, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Risk Reduction.
CDPE - Whether you have missed your first mortgage payment or are closer to foreclosure, my training with this designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) will help you (1) to be aware of all the options available to you (foreclosure is only one option), (2) to sell your property quickly, and (3) to navigate the process of getting your property sold with the approval of your bank or lending institution.
SRES - I have the designation of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), which translates that I have received the knowledge and training to work with seniors (55+) and their special housing needs.
GREEN - I also have the GREEN designation, which means I can point out features of a home that are energy efficient. I look forward to working with you.
